The Zen Den

About The Zen Den

The Zen Den is a calm, welcoming space at Glebe Farm where you can switch off and look after yourself. Whether you’re after a bit of time to unwind or a treatment to ease a tired body, you’ll be looked after from the moment you walk in.

From booking to the end of your treatment, everything is done at your pace. You’ll fill in a short consultation form before you come, and when you arrive there’s no rush. You can sit down, settle in and ask whatever you like. Your treatment takes place in a quiet, private room, and you’re always in control. You get to undress to whatever level you’re comfortable with, and you’ll always be asked before anyone comes back in. Afterwards, there’s a cold glass of water and all the time you need to get yourself together.

It’s a calm, safe and relaxing experience from start to finish.

The Zen Den's Story

Before training in massage and skincare, Emma spent over ten years working in elderly care, specialising in dementia. That time taught her patience, empathy, and how to make people feel genuinely safe. You can feel all of it in the way she works.

The move to massage grew from that same mindset. She trained, qualified, and eventually opened her own salon. But after a few years, managing the business side of things was pulling her away from the work she actually loved. So she went back to what she does best: working one-to-one, with her full attention on the person in front of her.

She came to Glebe Farm alongside Jade, her hairdresser and colleague, and found exactly what she had been looking for. The Zen Den is tucked away at the rear of the farm, just by the fields, in one of the quietest corners of the site. Emma offers massage, facials and dermaplaning, with a couple of new treatments coming soon.
